Delivery

IGET Bar Australia dispatches from a local Australian warehouse. Orders placed before the daily cut-off are sent the same day with tracked shipping to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and every state and territory.

Delivery times

• Standard tracked: 2–5 business days to most metro areas.
• Express tracked: 1–2 business days to most metro areas.

Shipping cost

Free express shipping applies on all orders over $300. For orders under $300, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Returns & replacements

Because vaping products are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened or used devices for hygiene reasons. However, every order is backed by our DOA (dead on arrival) replacement guarantee.

Faulty or DOA items

If a device arrives faulty or does not work out of the box, contact us within the window in our refund policy and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Start a claim through the contact page with your order number.

Wrong or missing items

If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, let us know within 7 days and we will make it right.
